Looking to Buy Real Estate
My husband and I are looking forward to retiring in the next five years or so, after selling our private practice in Florida. We have saved quite a bit of money over the years, as our practice was very lucrative (plastic surgery really boomed during the last twenty years, so we definitely benefited from that). We are looking to diversify our portfolio by purchasing some real estate. Our stocks and bank accounts are both doing very well, so we are planning on taking advantage of our economic stability to invest in some real estate right now while the market is right for purchasing. Since we believe that the real estate market has only room to go up from here, we think this will be a great investment for us. We are looking into Clearwater homes for sale to see if we can buy something that is close to where we grew up.
